reasons and methods to farm are way more important than gameplay issues. i'm still waiting for that day that i can farm drops from killing other people in pvp.

face it, this is now a grind game.
The majority rules, and that is PvE.
might i remind anet that i did not give them $150 to tell them what i want in a game, i gave them $150 to play their game how they wanted it to be. sure you can say the majority rules over the community, but you know what rules over the majority of the community? anet. it is clear that anet also cares bout titles and grinding and all that crap. it did not used to be this way, and i miss the days when it wasn't so. thx anet!

Killing AI is what people want. Massive mobs that drop dead by using overpowered skills.

Killing them over and over again for that 0,1% chance on that rare drop that everyone will have 3 months later.

Sad.

I prefer to fight people. Unfortunatly some people can't even beat the AI...

Speaking of Pre Searing, Fae took a pretty funny picture yesterday. People must have been confused to see a lvl 20 Dervish in Pre.

I assume the introduction of the new NPC in Pre was so that Perma Pre People will now have a shot at 3 more titles to max. That or an attempt at a Pre Sear economy boost.

Still, fail update all in all, and NO skill update untill May is bad, just bad, really bad. Anet too busy turning everyone into Mini Catoon Gwens to address the real problems.

Well played Fail Bot, well played.

I like the new NPC in Pre, will give me something new to kill each day and a pretty reasonable reward at the end. I imagine the hunters ale farmers wont be too happy though lol.

The majority of players care a bout skill updates even pve players will cause they can change pve skills and make pve skills vary more and involve every class in some farm builds.

If they had done this from the start, maybe the community would have gotten that this is was supposed to be a PvP game.

Then again I suppose we would have ended up a farming situation very similar to the current champ farming situation.

Got my reward points right after the update. You must have done it wrong thus you don't get any.

Thanks but other replies were more helpful. I went there again this morning with a different character and got my rewards. Learned from other replies that this is a known problem and works for a lot of people. Was the first time I had to do this for my rewards, usualy I get them right away as well.

I could have sworn Gaile Grey said that no Dev has the ability to just take any character anywhere in the game instance. Hrm....
